UnitedHealthcare's UCard program began in January 2023. UnitedHealthcare UCard is a simple way to unlock the benefits and programs of your Medicare Advantage plan. 

Participants can use the UCard when:

• Visiting a medical provider like your Primary Care Doctor or dentist
• Filling a prescription
• Checking in at the gym
• Buying healthy food and over-the-counter products
• Spending earned rewards
• Paying utility bills

Question:

Does LREMC accept payments via UnitedHealthcare's UCard program?

Answer:

No, we cannot process payments using the card. LREMC can only process payments from card issuers with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

For assistance, Members should call the phone number on the back of the card. UnitedHealthcare may make the utility bill payment, but the member has to contact them directly to make arrangements. In the meantime, Members remain responsible for their bills.
