Your Voice, Your Cooperative
Lumbee River EMC is a cooperative owned by the members we serve. As a member-owner, you have a voice in how the corporation operates. Every year, we have an annual meeting of the members to elect Directors, hear and pass reports covering the previous fiscal year, and transact business that has properly come before the meeting.
The 85th Annual Meeting of Members will be held Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 6090 NC HWY 711, Pembroke, NC.

Nominating Committee Meeting and Posting of Nominations - Monday, August 4, 2025 @ 4:00 p.m.
Last day for Petitions- Friday, August 15, 2025 @ 4:00 p.m.
Credential & Elections Committee Meeting- Monday, August 18, 2025 @ 4:00 p.m.
Mailing of Official Notice- Tuesday, September 23, 2025

Maxton, Alfordsville, Rowland, Thompson, Gaddys, Fairmont, Sterlings, Whitehouse, Backswamp and Union
District 5
Lumber Bridge, Parkton, Shannon, Rennert, Rockfish, Smiths and Red Springs
District 6
Raeford, McLauchlin, Seventy-First, Antioch, Stonewall, Blue Springs, and Allendale
For the purposes of electing Directors, hearing and passing upon reports covering the previous fiscal year, and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting, the Annual Member Meeting shall be held. (LREMC Bylaws, Article IV, Section 4.01).
