Your Voice, Your Cooperative
Lumbee River EMC is a cooperative owned by the members we serve. As a member-owner, you have a voice in how the corporation operates. Every year we have an annual meeting of the members to elect Directors, hear and pass reports covering the previous fiscal year, and transact business that has properly come before the meeting.
The 83rd Annual Meeting of Members will be held Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 6090 NC HWY 711, Pembroke, NC.

For the purposes of electing Directors, hearing and passing upon reports covering the previous fiscal year, and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting, the Annual Member Meeting shall be held. (LREMC Bylaws, Article IV, Section 4.01).
