SmartHub has been an excellent tool for LREMC Members allowing customers to manage their accounts quickly and easily. The time has come for a redesign- SmartHub just got smarter. On Friday, February 3, all SmartHub users will see an update to their accounts. This update will provide a new, fresh look for SmartHub.

SmartHub’s new user interface has enhanced navigation. The home screen has been replaced with a cleaner look that features the most important items customers will need. Right from the home screen, end-users will have the ability to make a payment and report an issue. Members will also have the ability to view detailed information about their energy usage.

The Smarthub team worked with LREMC to focus on the essential features for our members and provide the best possible user experience. No action is needed from members. Just log in and enjoy the new design that allows you to manage your account even better than before!
