Lumbee River EMC has been recognized as a 2025 Certified Best Christian Workplace by Best Christian Workplaces, a nonprofit dedicated to equipping Christian-led organizations to build healthy workplace cultures.

This recognition is based on the results of Best Christian Workplaces’ Employee Engagement Survey, which measures organizational health through anonymous employee feedback. Certified organizations achieve a score of 4.0 or higher on a 5-point scale, reflecting strong employee engagement and a healthy workplace culture.

In 2025, Best Christian Workplaces certified 310 organizations worldwide, representing churches, Christian schools, ministries, nonprofits, universities, and Christian-owned businesses across the United States, Canada, and more than a dozen countries globally.
