How it works

A simple way to help.

1

Choose to enroll.

Complete an enrollment form to authorize participation for your Lumbee River EMC electric account.

2

Round up your bill.

The difference between your bill and the next whole dollar appears separately as an Operation Round Up contribution.

3

Support local needs.

Member contributions are combined to support eligible community needs through the Lumbee River Charitable Foundation.

Monthly contributions range from $0.01 to $0.99 and will not exceed $11.88 during a 12-month period. No contribution is added when your bill is already a whole-dollar amount.

Empowering our communities

Small contributions. Meaningful community support.

Together, members can help strengthen the communities we call home. Community needs may include:

Emergency and Safety
Health
Education and Youth
Economic and Community Development
Community Impact and Quality of Life
Energy Assistance

Funding is subject to the Foundation’s eligibility requirements, policies, and grantmaking procedures.
